It is an absolute pleasure to announce that my rendition of Pitambar Das’s famous song ‘Ekbar Bidaye Dey Maa’ has been released by GAAN as part of their Independence Day special “Essential বাঙালিত্ব Volume – 1”.
The album is a compilation of patriotic tracks by myself, Torsha Khan, Syed Imtiaz Irtiza and Simin Saifuddin, in collaboration with Mahaan Fahim.
My special thanks to Saef Al Nazi, Kazi Asheqeen and the entire GAAN team for giving us, expatriate Bangladeshis, an opportunity to express our love for our motherland.
